OCL Constitution
THE AMENDED NATIONAL CONSTITUTION
OF THE OVIM COMMUNITY LEAGUE, 2021
1. PREAMBLE:
We, ndi Ovum, being the citizens of Ovim community, comprising the constituent units/villages being Ohoroho, Ohonja, Amune, Obayi and Amaeke villages in Imenyi clan of Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, Nigeria, having resolved to review the 1995 Constitution of the Ovim Community League in order to meet the present needs and aspirations of the present Ovim community, do hereby agree and give to ourselves the following reviewed Constitution which shall be cited as “THE AMENDED NATIONAL CONSTITUTION OF THE OVIM COMMUNITY LEAGUE, 2021”
2. NAME
The name of the association shall be: the “OVIM COMMUNITY LEAGUE”, (hereinafter called “THE LEAGUE” or “OCL”).
